Record

Complete the online registration form on the official ATF website. You will receive a confirmation email once registration is complete. Your badge will be emailed to you prior to the event. If registration is not yet open, you can join the waitlist to receive updates. If you experience any problems, contact Customer Service.

Online registration may be free until the deadline. Registration fees may apply after the deadline. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Your badge will be emailed to you before the event. You will need to print it out and bring it home, or show a digital copy.

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, contact Customer Service.

Each participant must register with a unique email address.

Media accreditation is subject to approval. Journalists, editors, photographers, publishers, and content creators can apply through the Media Registration department.

Entry is restricted to those 18 years and older.

Pre-registered participants can access meeting and networking tools via ATF World, if available.

Place and Travel

Visa requirements vary by nationality. For the most up-to-date information, check official Turkish sources or your nearest consulate.

Free WiFi is available throughout ANFAŞ. Specific connection information for attendees can be found in the Attendee Handbook.

Directional signage and information points are located throughout the space. The interactive floor plan is also accessible via the ATF World App.

ANFAŞ has a car park.

ANFAŞ offers wheelchair accessibility and accessible facilities.

Participant Information

Fill out the Stand Enquiry Form on the website or contact the Sales Team.

Submit a Stand Enquiry; the Sales Team will send you a quote.

Approved participants can access onboarding materials through the Participant Portal.

Installation and dismantling dates are included in the Participant Handbook.

For login support, please contact Customer Service.

Operational services are ordered via the Participant Portal or the Handbook.

Participants can use official digital tools to collect leads at the trade show.

The ATF Operations Office will be on duty throughout the setup and exhibition days.

Hosted Buyers

Fill out the Hosted Buyer application form on the website. The team will review applications and contact shortlisted candidates.

It is a matching system where buyers and participants mutually request and approve the meeting. Once both parties agree to the meeting, it is added to the calendar.

Yes. Meetings can be managed and cancelled via ATF World.
