The safety of all participants is ATF's highest priority. These policies apply to everyone attending the event in any capacity.

Who does this policy apply to?
Antalya Ticaret Fuarı (ATF), resmî ATF organizatör tüzel kişiliği tarafından düzenlenir. Güvenli bir ortam sağlamak için ATF; mekân (ANFAŞ), görevlendirilen güvenlik sağlayıcıları, yerel otoriteler ve ilgili kamu kurumlarıyla yakın çalışarak risk değerlendirmeleri yapar ve uygun güvenlik protokollerini uygular.
These policies apply to everyone participating in ATF in any capacity, including exhibitors, visitors, speakers, hosted buyers, media, crew, contractors, and service providers.
Protocols Applied
The following measures can be implemented to ensure a safe and controlled environment during ATF (Air Transport Task).
Security personnel may approach you at any time to ensure compliance with procedures.
Badge check at entry points
Event ID badges must always be worn visibly.
Bag checks can be implemented at entrances.
CCTV surveillance throughout the premises.
Uniformed and plainclothes security personnel
Crowd management practices (staff, barriers, signage, announcements)
Walk-through or handheld scanners as needed.
Coordination with local law enforcement

ATF accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
Allow sufficient time for security procedures and cooperate respectfully with officers.
Always wear your official badge visibly within the venue.
Carrying a photo ID (passport, ID card, driver's license)
Always keep your personal belongings with you.
Avoid bringing unnecessary luggage.
Reporting suspicious behavior to security or the team.
To comply with all guidelines, policies, and staff instructions.
If you are not feeling well, do not attend the event.
Respect the personal boundaries and safety of other participants.
To prevent misuse of your badge after the event, dispose of it responsibly.
